Manage and deliver ITS Projects using industry standards and best practices providing value to the customers, employees, and investors of Kituwah Services and its customers. Responsibilities

Cost Management:

Receive and review subcontractor invoices and/or technician time and material logs to ensure quoted amounts are intact. Customer Service – Project Manager:

Maintain ongoing communication with client representative(s) regarding their satisfaction that project deliverables (technical, schedule, and financial) are meeting, not meeting, or exceeding their expectations. Take actions to ensure objectives are met and drive positive outcomes through others (team members, company management, and/or client representatives). Collect formal customer satisfaction surveys at the conclusion of each project. Field Resource Management:

Ensure the field resources (technicians and subcontractors) effectively and actively support the mission, vision, and values of Kituwah Technologies. Financial Reporting - Project Manager:

Establish and maintain a project change log and process change order requests in accordance with SOPs. Ensure project budgets are maintained and provide assistance to financial staff ensuring timely and accurate invoices are submitted to the client. Project Management:

Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed performance objectives defined for projects, including technical, schedule, financial, and customer satisfaction targets. RFP Responses, Quotes, and SOWs:

Develop and deliver responses to customer Request for Proposals (RFPs), solution proposals, sales quotations, and contract Statements of Work (SOW). Develop specific objectives for technical, schedule, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes. Scheduling - Project Manager:

Develop and maintain project schedules. Communicate schedule risks, impacts, and changes to project members, company management, client representative(s), and other appropriate project stakeholders. Technical Delivery:

Conduct regular project status reviews and/or communications with client representative(s), team members, and project stakeholders. Establish and maintain the project book per SOPs for each project under management. Manage project punch list, documentation, warranty, close-out, and Delivery & Acceptance procedures per SOPs. Complete project documentation and warranty submittals. Requirements

Laptop Computer MS Office – Excel, Word, Visio, and Project, SharePoint Mobile Phone Residence must be within 1 hour of a major airport (continental US) Two (2) years proven experience in Project Management of technology installation contracts. Two (2) years proven experience in Estimating and Proposal creation.
