MTSI is seeking a Security Management Specialist with a TS/SCI clearance to provide support to a Government Program Management Office/Program Manager (PMO/PM) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC.As a security professional within MTSI, you will work across various security disciplines, interacting with Air Force program managers, engineers, and industry subject matter experts in multiple domains (air, space, cyber) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. The role involves working in a Special Access Program (SAP) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Job Description
How you will contribute to our mission: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Visitor and Access Control:
Escort visitors, maintain logs, prepare and issue access badges, support access control systems, and manage visit notices. Personnel Security and Clearance Processing:
Maintain security records, execute SAP nomination and access requests, manage security files, monitor clearance processing, conduct security checks and indoctrinations. Classified Material and Document Control:
Manage inbound/outbound classified mail, support media custody, handle classified document reproduction, maintain accountability databases, and support document destruction and CPI identification. Program Security Oversight and Compliance:
Oversee SAP security, collaborate with CPSOs, ensure compliance with policies, support security inspections, and enforce SOPs. Qualifications
At least 3+ years of progressive security-related experience, with 5+ years in an SAP environment. Familiarity with DoD security policies, including DoD 5205.7 Vol 1-4. Clearance Requirements
Must possess a minimum of TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
