Family Medicine Physician
to join our walk-in clinic team as the leader of the section.
Specifics of The Role Full-time leadership role in our walk-in clinics, consisting of 0.5 FTE clinical work and 0.5 FTE administrative work.
Clinical work comprises an average of 1.5 12-hour shifts per week.
Administrative work involves working as a Dyad partner with the Administrative Director of our walk-in clinics, including provider oversight, APP collaboration, education, process improvement, and strategic direction.
Strong emphasis on team building and strengthening rapport among providers and staff.
The Practice
Average patient volume of 35 patients per shift.
11 clinic locations throughout Northeast Indiana.
Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC.
Staff ratios designed to optimize clinic efficiency and enhance job satisfaction.
Minimal in-basket management.
Work one major holiday per year.
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive starting salary in the top quartile compared to national and regional benchmarks.
Annual bonus opportunity up to 15% of salary.
Commencement bonus available.
$4000 stipend for CME per 1.0 FTE.
Additional lifestyle benefits of $1000 annually.
