Base pay range $41,885.25/yr - $46,885.25/yr Role Description This Vista program is a special workforce program from AmeriCorp. Medici Road is a Community Development nonprofit that is based in the Deanwood neighborhood of Washington, D.C. You're a great fit for this role if you are: A highly organized team member Comfortable with public speaking Proficient in computer skills (Google Suite, Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoom, Asana or ClickUp, creating graphics, social media, creating flyers, animation, video and photo editing) Interested in a project management, community development, or project management career Interested in energy efficiency and real estate development for affordable housing Comfortable working in a high-speed environment, with important administrative tasks as well as opportunities to innovate and interact with highly skilled professionals. Conduct community outreach and organize meetings and newsletters Develop presentations for focus groups and community engagement Help establish contacts at local media outlets Assist the Senior Program Manager on the Renewing America’s Nonprofits Project Help improve knowledge and understanding of affordable housing Assist the Senior Real Estate Manager in facilitating community outreach Help develop community partnerships Help develop fundraising and outreach materials Disseminate materials in identified outlets Compensation and Benefits: Living Allowance, Housing Credit, Health Coverage, Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend, Child Care Assistance, Paid Leave, and more. Full compensation benefits range from $41,885.25 to $46,885.25 (excluding health care, child care assistance, and relocation allowance as applicant must qualify for these benefits).
