Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for investment castings, including blades, vanes, and nozzles. This critical role ensures the availability of key commodities to support manufacturing and distribution operations. The Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives to improve supplier performance, ensure material availability, reduce costs, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and team leadership. They will bring expertise in investment casting and aerospace supply chains, excel at strategic thinking and negotiations, and possess a natural ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams. This individual will align supply chain capabilities with organizational growth and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure supplier value stream performance is aligned with organizational demand. Serve as the subject matter expert for specific value stream categories; develop and implement supplier sourcing strategies that support business growth, cost reduction, and supplier performance. Act as an internal consultant regarding the future availability of commodities and their impact on design programs. Identify gaps in supplier performance and lead improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team to achieve operational excellence and business results. Core Competencies & Skill Descriptors:

Oversees a broad range of contractual agreements. Establishes best practices and mitigates legal and compliance risks. Strategic Sourcing – Extensive Experience:
Manages complex sourcing activities including negotiation, contract design, and process improvement. Develops procurement policies and consults on best-in-class sourcing practices. Supply Chain Management – Extensive Experience:
Leads supply chain strategy, including joint planning, capacity optimization, and performance measurement. Advises on supply network design and financial optimization. Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and team leadership. Strong decision-making, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities. Preferred:
Master's degree and/or professional certifications (e.g.,
APICS, CPM, CSCP
). Experience in the
aerospace industry
