The MIL Corporation
seeks a
PeopleSoft, UKG/Kronos Tester (Quality Assurance, Senior Analyst)
to support a Federal Government client. This role will be responsible for performing analysis, requirements gathering, quality assurance testing, and analyzing and reporting the information necessary to support software releases through the project lifecycle.
This position currently requires a fully on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutions Perform and document results of "what-if" analysis Perform business and system requirements elicitation and analysis via user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc Draft requirements documents Draft proposals to resolve systems and business process issues Develop test plans, executing manual and automated test scripts and documenting results Work with clients to review test plans to verify adequate coverage of business processes and to ensure the business requirements are satisfied by the system Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes Provide product management deliverables to aid the project manager and team in establishing shared expectations for a successful project Perform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project across all lifecycle phases and at significant milestones

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) Expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor

Experience with PeopleSoft applications (North American or Global) Experience with Kronos applications (UKG GovTA) Experience with SQL Experience with robotic process/test automation applications (UI Path, UFT, MS Power Automate) Experience in software testing

For this position, the projected compensation range is $63,000 - $95,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
