As part of the Property Management Department, you will oversee the operational matters for a portfolio of properties assigned. You will lead a team of executives and technicians and be responsible for their welfare and training needs. Responsibilities: Be highly involved in the facilities management of a portfolio of properties assigned. Review renovation plans and ensure that works are carried out in accordance to house rules and in compliance to regulatory requirements. Source for competitive quotes and ensure work are executed effectively after awarding to external stakeholders. Attend to applications, feedbacks, breakdowns and faults. Oversee a team of technicians and work with them to resolve issues. Handle all paperwork in relation to calling of tenders, preparation of works or purchase orders to procure regular or ad-hoc service contracts. Ensure daily operations comply with the regulatory safety requirement (e.g: Workplace Safety & Health Act). Oversee and manage AEI and/or A&A works. Ability to balance the needs of all stakeholders (tenants, vendors & landlord) Any other duties as and when assigned by superior. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Property Management or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in related field preferred. Knowledge in BMS is preferred. Possessing Fire Safety Manager Certificate and SGBC Green Mark Professional Qualification will be added advantages. Able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Independent and resourceful. Remuneration packages commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.
