CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a large federal agency. This full-time role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and define functional requirements.

Developing documentation such as briefings, agendas, training materials, and demonstration sessions. Analyzing business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and system specifications. Creating comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, concepts of operations, and status reports. Preparing high-level briefings and communication materials for diverse audiences. Collaborating on service delivery improvements and new technology implementations. Researching and developing content, manuals, and technical specifications. Utilizing Microsoft and Atlassian products to create engaging content. Performing risk management and continuous process improvement. Managing client interactions and cross-team dependencies. Qualifications include:
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum of 7 years in business or systems analysis. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and in teams, with high attention to detail. Preferred additional experience:
Supporting federal agencies such as DHS. Project tracking and reporting skills. Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle and data analytics. Certifications like PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
