Brief of the role

As a Testing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the testing phases of the project, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will oversee a team of six resources dedicated to SIT, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle. Your key responsibilities Handle SIT and UAT planning, tracking, and reporting. Manage a team of six resources for SIT. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track defects and issues. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results. Skills and attributes for success Proficiency in OneStream and financial consolidation processes. Strong testing and project management skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience working in software testing and project management. Prior experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation tools. Ideally, you’ll also have Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile). Experience in financial services or related industries. Knowledge of automation testing tools.
