We seek a Sr. Product Manager, Cable Management, based in Philadelphia, PA, Houston, TX, or Cartersville, GA. Reporting to the VP/GM of Cable Management & Framing, this role involves team mentoring, product strategy, new product development, competitor assessment, and marketing/training support. The role also manages pricing and quotations activities. Experience in lean manufacturing or business systems is a plus. What you'll do: Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, supporting internal teams, sales, distributors, and end users. Manage all cable management pricing and deployment strategies, supervising quotations analysts. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to align on product roadmaps and lifecycle management. Identify emerging technologies and market trends to develop innovative product strategies. Mentor team members, foster innovation, and address challenges during product development. Ensure adherence to standard work, establish KPIs, and measure product success. Develop training materials for marketing and sales support. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree; MBA or higher preferred. At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in cable management. Experience in mentoring, marketing, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management. Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Willingness to travel 25-50%. Within 3 months, you'll: Complete onboarding and build relationships with key stakeholders. Contribute to product roadmaps and understand the stage gate process.Assist with new product development projects. Within 6 months, you'll: Develop channel partner programs and go-to-market strategies. Maintain market intelligence and provide thought leadership. Analyze product positioning and collaborate with engineering for innovation. Within 12 months, you'll: Lead product strategy development and train sales teams. Become a subject matter expert and build a reputation for reliability and leadership. Maintain competitive profiles and develop action plans for results.
