As a
Senior Product Designer
on the
Promote
team, you’ll shape the user experience for TikTok’s fast-growing consumer advertising products. You’ll design tools that help creators and small businesses grow their reach, while solving strategic and technical UX challenges in collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

environments Strong collaboration and communication skills; thrives in cross-functional settings Ability to balance strategic thinking with a sharp eye for UI detail Self-driven and proactive in ambiguous, fast-paced projects Open to critique and frequent design iteration 5+ years
of product design experience Background or interest in
data visualization History of launching
