The Role Flexjet is on a mission to redefine the aviation industry through meaningful and user-centered technology. We're seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join this challenge. This role involves overseeing product development, fostering innovation, and pushing the boundaries of aviation technology. You will be involved in the entire product process, from sprint planning and backlog management to strategic product releases. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to users. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of aviation, guided by principles of excellence and innovation. What You’ll Do Drive product strategy and execution for web, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to incorporate best practices and platform-specific nuances. Participate in sprint planning, support sprint goal definition, and contribute to on-time delivery. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog aligned with the product roadmap. Coordinate release planning and execution, including setting release dates and content. Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop, launch, and promote features. Gather and incorporate user feedback and usability testing into product development. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements. Communicate progress, outcomes, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience working with IT and Business leaders. Ability to translate technical documentation for business understanding. Experience in building and shipping software applications. Preferred & Desired Skills Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Travel, or Maintenance industries. Strong understanding of mobile and web development processes, trends, and best practices. Experience with both iOS and Android platforms. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of driving a vision. Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Experience with analytics tools like MixPanel. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
