SVP – Sales & Business Development Target Start Date: ASAP We are hiring a Sales Hunter – HLS to drive new logo acquisition across the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. This confidential role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges in a mission-driven industry through tech innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Penetrate new Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across payers, providers, med-tech, or pharma. Lead client engagement across digital transformation, software engineering, cloud migration, or AI solutions. Map client organizations, identify key stakeholders, and build compelling value propositions. Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and closure of high-value, multi-year deals. Ideal Profile:

Persistent and resilient; thrives on challenges and does not take rejections personally. Strategic mindset with the ability to create and shape client demand. Existing network in target industry (BFSI, HLS or High Tech). Track record of success in B2B consultative sales—particularly in IT services, BPO, outsourcing, or digital transformation. Skilled in selling to C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex buying structures. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation. CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience Requirements (Custom per Vertical): Healthcare & Life Sciences:

8–12 years in HLS IT sales. Understanding of compliance, digital disruption, and healthcare innovation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*:

$150,000 – 200,000 annually *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
