APPLICATIONS ANALYST III LAWSON SUPPLY CHAIN

The Lawson Applications Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting the Lawson/Infor 10 ERP system. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to optimize system configuration, functionality, and access. Evaluate problem tickets, service requests, system performance issues, and participate in their resolution. Address end-user system concerns and troubleshoot application errors. Test system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to deployment. Assist in designing and testing reports with end-users and reporting teams. Participate in system design, validation, and remediation sessions. Maintain system dictionaries, profiles, tables, and configurations. Participate in a 24/7 on-call program, responding to calls within 15 minutes and providing on-site support within 1.5 hours as needed. Manage high volumes of system activities, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Lead small to medium projects and large cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert. Coordinate with the Application Integration team on data flow and resolve integration issues. Manage system enhancement requests with vendors and IT teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum five (5) years’ experience with Lawson/Infor applications or equivalent systems. Advanced knowledge of the application in multiple functional areas, with expertise in at least one. Ability to mentor junior analysts. Strong logical and structured thinking, with business case development skills. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. At least 5 years of senior-level experience with Lawson/Infor Supply Chain modules, Crystal Reports, SQL, and vendor integrations like Qsight and Implant Purchase Management. Experience with Lawson Smart Office. Preferred: Over two years’ experience in a Healthcare Application Services department, preferably in an acute care setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is preferred.
