B&N Senior PM & Business Development Leader Responsibilities
Serve as client manager, senior project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects in the Jacksonville region Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base or service offerings with existing clients and winning new work in the Jacksonville region Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida; or ability to register through reciprocity 15+ years of related water wastewater experience Strong client management and project management skills Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro Experience with Design-Build project delivery method a plus Experience with design delivery using the Revit platform a plus
