Position: Data Analytics Manager We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven strategy, support VeoRide's business goals, and enhance decision-making, operations, and customer satisfaction through data insights. This hybrid role requires working in our Santa Monica, CA office 4 days a week. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of data analysts and scientists. Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategy. Maintain reporting functions using Looker, supporting company-wide analytics. Develop and optimize DBT pipelines for data transformation and loading. Establish and monitor KPIs for performance improvement. Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver insights. Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and technology. Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance. Manage data reporting for selected cities of operation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, including 2 years in leadership. Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI. Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to translate data insights into business strategies. Compensation: The salary range for this full-time role is

$145,000 - $175,000

plus annual bonus, equity, and benefits. Total compensation ranges from

$150,000 to $185,000
