As a valued Lead on our team, you will drive the strategic planning and execution functions for the team in alignment with the Single-Family (SF) Business Unit strategic plans. In this role, you lead the coordination and engagement of cross-functional strategic planning, roadmap development, engagement model development, evolution and implementation of the function, and execution. You will also lead engagements within the SFOR team, second line of defense partners, peer front-line risk teams, and stakeholders to advance business initiatives. The Impact You Will Make This lead role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues to deliver on the following responsibilities: Lead the implementation of strategic goals and vision for the Single-Family Operational Risk team. Oversee strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives; develop goals and engagement models for the function. Collaborate with your team and internal partners on the unit’s production, activities, and efforts. Manage day-to-day operations, including risk management strategic alignment, talent strategy and management, governance, strategic report outs, and committee activities. Build partnerships with second and third line of defense partners, Regulatory Affairs, and peer risk teams. Develop and implement new processes and/or update existing processes. Foster inclusion, constructive challenge, continuous improvement, and alignment throughout the Single-Family Operational Risk team and across partnerships. Qualifications The Experience You Bring to the Team Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Risk Management or Strategy in a corporate environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including developing presentations. Skilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in an engaging and understandable manner. Experience developing and successfully implementing strategic plans end-to-end across a business division or enterprise. Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions. Experience helping an organization plan and manage change, meet strategic objectives, and address employee sentiment and feedback. Skilled in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, facilitating meetings, and building networks. Ability to track, measure, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborative team mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability. Experience working respectfully and cooperatively with people of different functional expertise toward a common goal. Desired Experiences and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to manage project plans, resources, and people for successful project completion. Passion for learning about the business, building relationships, and understanding different organizational areas.
