Responsibilities include: Lead and manage a Team of Business Development Executives that have assigned accounts and are accountable to achieving annual Awards targets. Responsibility for leading the creation, review, and vetting of customer account plans across our CS&PS portfolio, leading a team of growth professionals in developing, maintaining, and curating a pipeline of opportunities in alignment with the account plans and corporate/sector strategies. Lead the development and execution of business strategies for identifying and maturing initial capture targets, market/mission expansion, and effectively marketing the business unit’s products and capabilities to meet customer needs, thereby translating business opportunities into contact plans, strategic win themes, and supporting capture teams and wins. Responsible for the development, assessment, and cultivation of capture strategies for large and strategic priority pursuits, and maturation of contact plans with customer organizations and influencers. Lead and develop customer engagement plans across multiple Agency customers supporting account plans and strategies; includes developing executive call plans for Sector senior leaders and Peraton C-Suite Executives. Support organic growth of the business through engagement with program managers and government customers. Assist our business unit teams in the execution of their current programs including participating in programmatic reviews, engineering reviews, and supporting problem-solving activities. Lead high priority business pursuits from assessment through proposal. Provide hands-on BD management for all aspects of the pursuit, capture, and proposal execution. Work closely with the VP of Business Development CS&PS, VP/GM of the Business Unit, and other Executives to support growth of the overall pipeline and provide support to the capture activities for large business pursuits. Qualifications

Required 18+ years of experience, including six years’ experience as a manager of staff. Minimum 10+ years of experience working in the Federal Government Acquisition market. Experience developing corporate-wide growth strategies and strategic plans. Proven experience in business development and capture management, supporting the development of opportunity pipelines and leading captures of $100M+ with a focus on Homeland & Diplomacy Agencies markets. Desired Active Secret security clearance. A strong understanding of the Civilian Cabinet Agencies’ missions and operations with relevant industry and government relationships. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing long-term vision and direction for an organization. Considerable customer engagement experience with key accounts like DHS, DoS, USAID in establishing relationships, executing call plans, identifying objectives, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape within the Federal Government domain. Strong Federal Acquisition business acumen and market knowledge. Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
