Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation, monthly one-on-one meetings, and on-the-spot coaching. Achieve monthly sales quotas by cross-selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions. Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames. Perform up to 10 Business-to-Business sales outreach appointments per week. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability is required. Additional Details Monthly bonus opportunities available. Job Details
