Overview The Manager owns strategic planning and campaign execution for an assigned client. This role involves generating strategic insights and implementing campaigns with support from Programmatic Analysts. Managers train Analysts on client-specific requirements, optimization strategies, and best practices in communication. The ideal candidate has prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with bid management platforms and campaign optimization. A strong inner drive to contribute is essential. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office weekly. If contacted for an interview, specifics including accommodations will be discussed. Responsibilities Communicate digital strategies and rationales for tactical approaches Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns to meet or exceed client expectations Oversee larger, strategic accounts and client relationships Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service Propose new client opportunities Manage campaign assets, insertion orders, and documentation for launch Partner with Analytics for measurement, reporting, and insights Provide performance insights and optimization opportunities to clients Coordinate with media partners for accurate implementation Troubleshoot campaign issues Oversee QA processes Provide auditing reports and manage billing systems Coach and support Campaign Managers and Specialists Attend client meetings as needed Participate in knowledge sharing sessions Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations Client-facing experience with risk management skills Understanding of media planning elements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and writing skills Project management skills Desire to contribute to a team Additional Information We celebrate diversity and foster belonging, offering inclusive benefits like medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.
