Top Secret Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a
Business Development Director
with a proven track record of growing business within the restricted customer space. The role is based in Huntsville, AL or Reston, VA, reporting directly to the Space & Intelligence/Intelligence Missions Solutions Business Unit Growth Lead. Responsibilities include: Managing resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities aligned with the company's strategic campaigns to generate revenue growth. Achieving acquisition and sales goals through winning new business, contract recompetes, teaming, and organic growth. Developing and maintaining a strategic growth plan and pipeline consistent with corporate campaign strategies. Building customer relationships and understanding their critical needs to cultivate opportunities. Focusing on FBI and digital forensics customers across IC and federal law enforcement. Building customer relationships through effective communication. Developing strategies to influence requirements and acquisition strategies. Identifying new markets, adjacencies, and partnerships. Embracing the Peraton Business Acquisition Process and managing opportunities and plans effectively. Guiding potential customers by demonstrating technology solutions, architectures, capabilities, and acquisition paths, working with technical teams on RFIs, market surveys, white papers, presentations, and demonstrations. Qualifications
Required: 16+ years of experience in business development, capture, or technical solutions, including at least 2 years with the FBI. Deep understanding of customer activities and needs to leverage Peraton's strengths. High energy, integrity, strong business acumen, professionalism, and commitment. Effective communication skills at all levels. Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience. Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Desired: Master's degree. TS/SCI or TS/SCI with Polygraph.
