RH seeks a Facilities Associate to maintain and oversee the upkeep of the RH Gallery, working closely with the Gallery Team to meet RH standards. Your Responsibilities
Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities for optimal service Oversee repairs and maintenance of the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates Manage work orders and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Ensure safety by observing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT regulations Respond promptly to downtime issues affecting operations Our Requirements
Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs Ability to identify process improvements Strong communication and project management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements
