Overview: The Manager, Global Domain Experience will be an integral part of the Global Technology Experience team within Enterprise Technology Strategy and Planning that accelerates enterprise priorities, improves the global technologist experience, fosters a cohesive global culture and community, and continues to establish Fidelity as a leader in technology across the financial services industry. The team’s goals are to enable technologists to connect to enterprise priorities, key initiatives across Enterprise Technology, Fidelity Technology, and most importantly, each other. This role provides the unique opportunity to create new experiences from the ground up, and shape the future of the technology associate experience at Fidelity. What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day: Support the mission of the organization by collaborating with the Global Technology Experience team and domains to help unify programs and experiences across Enterprise Technology, aligning on and scaling best practices, ensuring consistent messaging, and championing initiatives across domains. Use effective channels for communicating and marketing domain experiences that amplify new products, capabilities, learning opportunities, culture, and community. Support the execution of high-value, innovative, and unique experiences. Help build engaging programming and experiences that connect Fidelity’s strategic vision with the Global Technology Experience team. Participate in various working teams and projects to enhance the domain experience. Champion technology experiences for all levels of the organization and the domains supported to ensure all voices are represented. Foster engagement through the development and communication of domain events and programs in collaboration with ET Domain partners and the Global Engagement Team. Qualifications
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, marketing, communications, and/or event management, preferably in a technology company or organization Experience working with stakeholders and teams to execute global, integrated programs, preferably for a technology and/or innovation organization Proven success in building relationships and fostering collaboration among multiple groups to ensure program alignment and continuous improvement Willingness to contribute at all levels and tasks to help the team succeed Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to articulate concepts and influence projects and programs Experience leading projects and coordinating tasks, needs, and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes Strong technical writing and editing skills with attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills and ability to act quickly Analytical skills to provide effective information for project and program success Ability to produce content for digital and social media channels; graphic design skills are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Ability to provide information and advice to anticipate internal partners’ needs About reacHIRE reacHIRE partners with forward-thinking companies to change the trajectory for individuals in the workplace.
