Administration of the construction project; assisting the Project Manager in the management of the construction project. Compensation Range:
$96,100.00 - $144,100.00 Annual Salary. Responsibilities include: Performing all Project Engineer responsibilities Maintaining cost control ledger and job cost statements Preparing billings and expediting payments Estimating, preparing, and negotiating Change Orders Writing subcontract Change Orders Setting up and maintaining all aspects of the CMiC system Preparing bid packages and evaluating bids Writing project procedures Reviewing plans for completeness and accuracy Preparing Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements Supervising and training Project Engineers and clerical staff Completing other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Skills and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience Thorough understanding of plans and specifications Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent) Effective communication and organizational skills 3-4 years of construction experience 1+ years of scheduling and estimating experience Benefits:
