Design and execute a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with our growth, sustainability, and operational goals. Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives with a focus on ethical, sustainable, and certified organic suppliers. Oversee planning and inventory optimization to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, while minimizing waste and excess. Manage logistics and distribution networks across retail, DTC, and e-commerce channels, driving both efficiency and service excellence. Champion digital transformation through the implementation and evolution of ERP and supply chain technologies (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) to improve visibility, agility, and forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Operations to support innovation and market expansion. Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, organic, non-GMO, and sustainability standards, working closely with quality and certification bodies. Build and inspire a high-performing, purpose-driven supply chain team rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain within the CPG or food manufacturing space, with 5+ years in an executive role. Deep knowledge of organic/natural food supply chains, certifications, and sustainability practices. Demonstrated success in leading complex, high-volume operations and driving measurable improvements in service, cost, and quality. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), demand planning tools, and advanced supply chain analytics. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A passion for mission-driven work, organic food, and creating a positive impact on people and the planet.
