Description We are seeking a dynamic, licensed clinician to serve as Assistant Director of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), leading a client-centered day program that transforms lives. Lead the daily operations of our PSR program serving adults with serious mental illness. Supervise and coach PSR therapists and interns to build a high-impact team. Develop engaging group curricula, social outings, and community events. Support clinical documentation and Medicaid billing (IM+CANS, LOCUS, MRO). Monitor and improve program outcomes using data and feedback. Manage census through community outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Why Join Us? Lead meaningful work with purpose and creativity. Base Salary: $70,000/year + quarterly productivity bonuses Paid Time Off: 15 Vacation days, 12 Holidays, 3 Sick days, 3 Personal days Illinois Paid Leave: 40 hours (accrued) Insurance: Medical, dental, vision Retirement: 403(b) plan Additional Benefits include EAP, mileage reimbursement, loan forgiveness eligibility, cell phone reimbursement, free clinical supervision for licensure, and reimbursement for licensure fees. Work Environment The environment is typically low to moderate noise, involving solo and collaborative work, face-to-face interactions, and verbal communication. Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) required 2+ years in mental health/social services; 1+ year supervisory experience Experience with group facilitation, program development, or education is a plus IM+CANS certification or willingness to complete within 30 days
