Summary Represent the regional office to ensure effective Young Life ministry in the region, upholding all policies and procedures. Ministry FunctionsSpiritual Development – “following Jesus.”

Develop a personal growth plan fostering spiritual vitality, including prayer, reflection, and understanding God’s Word. Maintain relationships within a church community. Participate actively in the spiritual life of Young Life. Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development. Ensure ministry is prayer-dependent and rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Leadership Development – “Equipping leaders, committee and staff.”

Assist in casting vision for reaching every kid. Develop diverse leadership and ministries. Recruit, interview, hire, and place staff. Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff, providing necessary resources. Facilitate staff transitions and conduct regional trainings. Organize leadership events and development opportunities. Resource Development – “fueling the ministry.”

Develop and communicate with regional committees and donors. Lead fundraising strategies and ensure regional financial health. Coordinate events to engage community and church relationships. Direct Ministry – “Proclaiming and discipling.”

Support the development of new areas and identify interested adults. Visit and evaluate local ministries, ensuring excellence. Develop plans for regional growth, including multicultural initiatives. Maintain ministry contact with kids as needed. Ministry Support

Maintain professionalism in office conduct and communication. Implement reporting and financial systems. Develop strategic plans for growth and initiatives. Education

College degree preferred. Qualifications

Completion of Core Training — Phase One. Proven leadership, relational skills, confidentiality, and spiritual maturity. Additional Details
