Job Description: This position is located in Kennewick, WA.
Who You’ll Work With You will join one of our 45 US offices, be part of a team of over 1500 professionals, and work closely with clients on impactful projects. You’ll be supported by industry leaders and have opportunities for professional growth and industry involvement.
Role Overview As a Project Manager in our Control System Integration Practice, you will collaborate with experts to deliver high-quality automation solutions, manage project execution, and lead business growth in controls & automation.
What You’ll Do
Manage project tasks including hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution, and documentation.
Oversee project execution from proposal to delivery, including estimating, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
Lead, develop, and grow the controls & automation business locally and regionally.
Maintain relationships with key clients and mentor team members.
Participate in firm-wide standards and strategic planning.
Support recruitment and provide quarterly and financial reports.
Promote a positive company culture aligned with our Leadership Principles.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in automation solutions for industrial or consumer product industries.
Experience designing electrical control systems and programming automation for process applications.
Proficiency in Rockwell hardware/software; experience with Siemens, Wonderware, GE is a plus.
Industry experience in food & beverage, pulp & paper, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant field; consideration given to other engineering degrees with relevant experience.
Compensation and Additional Info The approximate salary range is $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and location. We encourage diverse applicants and provide accommodations during the interview process.
