We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Growth Manager to join our mission-driven team at EDMO, a leading educational non-profit specializing in STEAM and SEL expanded learning programs. This position is expected to drive a consistent 10% year-over-year growth in partnership contract revenue. The role involves growing our impact by partnering with school districts and schools across California, co-designing custom after-school, intersession, and summer programs tailored to community needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship-builder with experience in educational sales, a passion for equity in learning, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities include managing RFP submissions, navigating funding streams like ASES and ELO-P, and developing outreach and sales strategies to expand our network of district and school partners. Key Results (KPIs): Weighted pipeline coverage: 2x annual income goal Annual contracted revenue growth: ≥10% Contract renewal rate: ≥90% RFP win rate: ≥30% Primary Duties/Responsibilities: RFP & Proposal Management:
Lead end-to-end RFP responses, collaborate across departments, generate 75% of revenue from RFPs, maintain a 30% win rate, prospect for new RFPs, and track all opportunities. Outreach & Referrals:
Develop outreach strategies, execute 50 touches/week, achieve 15% conversion, and cultivate referral strategies. Sales & Conference Strategy:
Increase visibility, manage sales strategies, participate in events, and evaluate ROI, with a goal of closing ≥$500k from conferences. CRM Management:
Maintain HubSpot CRM, track leads, update contacts, and monitor pipeline metrics. Funding Strategy:
Become an expert on funding streams like ASES and ELO-P, align programs with funding, and stay updated on legislative changes. Requirements: 5+ years in educational sales or nonprofit partnerships, preferably with public school districts. Proven record of increasing contract revenue by ≥10% annually. Excellent communication skills; RFP experience is a plus. Understanding of STEAM and SEL programs; familiarity with funding sources is a plus. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM; strong data skills. Comfort with public speaking and in-person engagement. Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a remote position, ideally in Northern California, with frequent travel required. Physical Requirements: Sitting at a desk, working on a computer. Occasional lifting of 25 pounds.
