THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Product Manager – Business Continuity & Resilience (BC&R) is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for our BC&R products. This role requires deep domain expertise to ensure our solutions meet market needs and integrate with adjacent risk domains such as Compliance, Audit, and Enterprise Risk. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Product Management and cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and partnerships. A strong technical background and hands-on experience in business continuity and resilience are essential. Responsibilities Act as the voice of the customer, gathering requirements and feedback for product improvements. Serve as the BC&R subject matter expert across teams. Develop and validate the BC&R product roadmap based on customer needs and industry standards. Align product features with audit, compliance, and risk workflows. Engage with customers to enhance planning, testing, and crisis response capabilities. Support partner integrations and contribute to product positioning and enablement. Create and maintain the business plan and product roadmap. Analyze market segments, develop strategies, and monitor industry innovations. Define user personas and collaborate on product launches. Manage the product lifecycle and evaluate potential partnerships. Identify market trends, customer experience gaps, and generate growth ideas. Translate strategy into detailed requirements and work with engineering for delivery. Coordinate with marketing for product launches and build relationships with sales and support teams. Represent the company by visiting customers for feedback. Essential Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry/SaaS. 7+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk, or compliance. Proven product management experience throughout the product lifecycle. Hands-on experience with critical event management workflows. Knowledge of BC/DR best practices and standards such as ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, BCI Guidelines. Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional teamwork. Excellent communication skills. Experience with risk management, compliance, auditing, and frameworks like COBIT, COSO, ISO, NIST. Willingness to travel minimally. Preferred Qualifications Experience with risk platforms, SaaS products, or partner ecosystems.
