Secret

clearance. Cherokee Nation System Solutions (CNSS) is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). The mission of OIG is to foster efficiency and effectiveness in U.S. foreign affairs through independent oversight and investigations of DOS, its associated entities, and the foreign affairs community. The Program Manager will oversee all contract-related activities and manage contractor personnel. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for contractor staff and government stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution of contract requirements and alignment with DOS OIG technology objectives. This position emphasizes leadership, acquisition expertise, and strategic contract management, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder coordination. Contract Program Manager : Pay commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change without notice. Contract Program Manager Responsibilities Include Manage and coordinate all contractor activities as the contractor’s representative. Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify personnel. Analyze work of subordinates and take personnel actions as needed. Conduct monthly meetings with the COR to review reports and issues. Act as the primary liaison for contractor personnel and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractor personnel per federal policies. Oversee quality control and timely submission of IT deliverables, including CDRLs. Lead resource allocation and management to meet performance objectives. Ensure compliance with FAR and related policies. Conduct market research and cost/price analysis for contract decisions. Serve as a contracting officer or specialist, directly or in oversight roles. Analyze performance data to identify process improvements and advise the COR. Monitor expenditures and align with financial forecasts and contractual goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities Required Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. 5-10+ years managing U.S. government IT contracts and personnel. Market research and cost analysis experience. Experience as a contracting officer or specialist. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of IM/IT systems in physical and virtual settings. Experience managing IT projects with technologies such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Zscaler, Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Linux, and others listed.
