A high-growth financial technology firm is seeking a seasoned product executive to lead their product function across a portfolio that spans payments, embedded financial services, digital asset solutions, and credit offerings. This is a senior leadership role with broad impact—sitting at the intersection of innovation, operations, compliance, and customer experience.

What You’ll Own: Set the long-term direction for the product suite, shaping strategy and roadmap in close alignment with internal and market signals. Act as the bridge between product and other key groups: Technology, Compliance, Commercial, and Go-To-Market teams. Oversee the full product journey—from concept and design to delivery and optimization—with a focus on compliance, customer impact, and scalability. Provide hands-on leadership for solutions that touch embedded finance, modern card stacks, digital currencies, and business lending. Drive the development of internal tools and frameworks that enhance business operations, compliance workflows, and partner integrations. Build and lead a team of product managers, defining priorities, establishing goals, and ensuring execution matches vision. Track product performance using the right mix of business and technical KPIs, adjusting direction as needed to drive outcomes. Stay ahead of regulatory change and fintech disruption, using that knowledge to shape product evolution and mitigate risk. Ideal Profile: 10+ years in product roles, with most of that time spent in financial services or fintech. Deep hands-on exposure to one or more of the following: payment infrastructure, white-labeled financial products, card issuing, crypto/digital assets, or commercial lending. Expert engineering, architecture, and data knowledge. Understands full-life cycle of how to build a product from infancy to go-to-market. Strong knowledge of Payments, Crypto, Stablecoins, etc. Experience working across regulated environments and partnering with compliance to launch safe, scalable offerings. Proven ability to grow and lead product teams while staying close enough to the work to make informed decisions. Familiarity with how APIs, third-party integrations, and internal tooling come together in complex ecosystems. Strong track record navigating stakeholders across IT, Sales, Risk, and Ops—knows how to get things done cross-functionally. Excellent communicator and strategic thinker, comfortable reporting up to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders. Experience working with or building embedded finance offerings and/or back-office enablement tools is a plus. Seniority level
