Based in Lobitos, Peru, the Volunteer Renewable Energy Projects Supervisor will work directly with the Director of Renewables. Responsibilities include supervising interns, monitoring project progress, assisting in design and development, managing reporting and budgets, liaising with partners, ensuring safety protocols, proposing improvements, and creating marketing content. Applicants should ideally have a background in renewable energy or related studies, and be passionate about sustainability and international development. This is a minimum 6-month commitment, with all meals and accommodation provided. Responsibilities: Refine strategic goals with the Director Track active and upcoming projects Provide weekly progress reports Plan tasks and next steps Lead volunteer interns Manage reporting and budgeting Coordinate with sponsors, suppliers, and community members Ensure safety and protocol adherence Suggest design and process improvements Create marketing content Foster a positive team environment Note:
