Maryland's largest gas and electric utility is seeking a Data Analyst to support Innovation and Research and Development within BGE. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required.

Review all ideas submitted to Innovation Central daily, determine the appropriate organization for detailed review, and lead bi-weekly innovation meetings. Assess new ideas from all operating companies for BGE's benefit, maintain a database of ideas and their statuses, and ensure ideas are moved to Investigation when appropriate. Work with Innovation Leads to provide timely updates to idea submitters. Document monthly metrics, prepare reports for monthly and quarterly reviews, and support governance processes. Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in peer group and innovation calls, coordinate support for Exelon expos, and assist with ideation challenges. Collaborate with communications teams to highlight innovations and develop materials for meetings and communications. Qualifications Experience as a Data Analyst, proficiency in data analysis, and familiarity with innovation processes are preferred.
