Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team.

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of the firm's strategic procurement plan
Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts utilizing contract lifecycle management software
Leading the process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors
Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
Assist with contract review and negotiation in alignment with in-house counsel
Assist in firm-wide travel program including research and reporting
Assist in commercial insurance compliance

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or prior indirect or service procurement experience required.
Previous experience with contract lifecycle management software preferred.
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
