The Senior Project Manageris responsible forproviding project leadership andtaskmanagementfora variety of workstreams acrossour client’s transformational HumanCapitalManagement (HCM)program.We are seeking an experienced Senior PMtowork closely withFunctional and Technicalleadership, cross-functional teams,andsubject matter experts to plan for and manage key project activitiesas wedesign andtransition to our new cloud-based HR system. ?This role demandsa proactive, experiencedprojectleader who can effectively balance strategic planning withdrivingdetailedtask execution of small and medium sizedteams.?The successful candidate willhavea wide breadth ofexperience and successleading teamsacross diverse areassuch asreporting, data archiving strategy and execution, cutover planning and execution,internal and externalintegrations,orany other program workstream that needssomeadditional,hands-onleadership. They must also be effective atpulling together individuals acrossthe organizationandprojectworkstreams to alignand get work done. Job Responsibilities Project Leadership, Planning and Execution:Lead and managemultiple, concurrentworkstreamsfrom initiation to completion.Partner with HR and ITLeaders, take ownership and accountability fortimelyprojectand workstreamdelivery. Developand manageplansthat outline the scope,deliverables,timelines, resource requirements, risks, and interdependencies.Driveworkactivities, trackand report onprogressand helpresolve roadblocks that arise. Project Team Managementand Execution:Leadteams,assignroles/responsibilities andensure role clarityofteam members.Provide direction, guidance, support, and motivation to ensure effective teamwork and project collaboration. Stakeholder Managementand Communications:Establishand maintain relationships with key stakeholders, includingthe program leadership team,externalvendors andpartners, and team members. Manage expectations, solveproblems,escalate issues,anddrive decisions. Risk and Issue Management:Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across theworkstreams. Develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and escalation procedures to minimize potential disruptions and address challenges. Maintain RAID log. Monitoring and Control:Implement processes tomonitorand control project progress, milestones, scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.Regularly communicatestatus to stakeholders. ChangeControl:Manage changes, including changes in scope, requirements, or timelines. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on the project, document change decisions, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders. Vendor Management& Partnership:Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors. Must Have Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience noted below WorkExperience:6+years of progressive, relevant experiencein a Project Manager role. Experienceworking oncomplex,large-scalesystem implementationsfrom beginning to end. Expertleadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. Experienceeffectivelypartnering with large,3rdpartysystem implementation partners.
AdditionalDesiredQualifications Experience implementing HR/HCMsoftwaresolutions. Directexperienceleading both Agile and Waterfall projects. Hands-onexperience with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps. Enthusiasticcollaboratorwith a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Pay Range:$70.00 – $80.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
