Senior Environmental Project Manager
to lead and expand our environmental program in the
Pacific Northwest . This role can be based out of our
Bothell, WA
or
Portland, OR
office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep regional experience and relationships, a strong understanding of environmental permitting, and the confidence to lead and grow business in a dynamic market. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage
project scopes, schedules, and budgets
aligned with client and firm goals Oversee project progress using project management tools (experience with
Deltek VantagePoint
is a plus) Conduct and direct
project-specific research Write and supervise the preparation of
technical and compliance reports Review deliverables for
accuracy and regulatory alignment Schedule project resources and ensure appropriate team staffing Mentor and train junior staff
in field methods and regulatory documentation Interface with
regulatory agencies and government bodies
to ensure project compliance Maintain strong, productive relationships with existing clients Proactively
develop new client relationships
and business opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
natural resources, environmental science, geology, soil science , or a related field 10+ years
of experience with environmental permitting, including but not limited to: NEPA CWA Section 404 ESA SEPA Oregon Goal 5 Oregon Environmental Protection Act 7+ years
of progressive project management experience Proven ability to
build and maintain relationships
with diverse clients and regulatory agencies Track record of
delivering complex projects
efficiently and within budget Strong
organizational and communication skills
