ABOUT THE ROLE This role focuses on project management within an office or market, team leadership, mentoring, advancing work quality, integrating design services, managing processes, and delivering financial performance. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and develop client relationships to foster future opportunities. Maintain positive client relations, communicating design, construction, and other issues clearly. Establish shared expectations early in engagements and clarify involvement and decision timing. Ensure effective communication and documentation, leading meetings and presentations. Participate in Business Development activities to support growth. Understand contractual obligations, manage scope and approvals proactively. Lead project teams to achieve goals related to quality, budget, schedule, and profitability. Manage work plans, budgets, and schedules, using tools like MS Project and Deltek. Oversee design and documentation during construction. Maintain project records, including key decisions and records. Manage risk mitigation and compliance, developing risk management plans. Collaborate effectively, fostering a positive team environment. Implement CannonDesign methods, standards, and tools to ensure quality and efficiency. Coordinate team workload, provide leadership, feedback, and mentorship. Support decision-making and innovative solutions. Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to standards and statutory requirements. Oversee QA/QC processes and enforce standards. Coordinate with project architects and quality leaders. Participate in contract negotiations and perform other duties as assigned. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum 8 years of related experience. Experience in Healthcare projects preferred. US licensure or registration preferred; LEED accreditation preferred. Strong communication, business acumen, and critical thinking skills. Highly analytical with technical knowledge and leadership ability. Proficiency with Revit, MS Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software. Salary and Benefits The salary range for Denver, CO is $97,400 to $121,800 annually, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, flexible spending, paid time off, remote options, and a 401k plan.
