Performance Health is seeking a
VP Supply Chain
to join our team. The VP Supply Chain will transform the supply chain organization into a strategic, forward-looking group capable of driving enterprise-wide savings, reduction of DIOH and stockouts, delivery, quality, and consistent/efficient internal processes. The VP will be a trusted partner to the COO, stakeholders, and the executive team to drive initiatives that create value for Performance Health. Additionally, this person will strengthen understanding of all supply chain process optimization opportunities and collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Commercial, and Information Technology teams.

Provide thought leadership and executive oversight to purchasing and supply chain operations.
Lead and develop strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term plans.
Oversee cross-functional supply chain processes, including S&OP, demand and supply planning, purchasing, and inventory management, presenting end-to-end analytical views.
Formalize and streamline the S&OP process to ensure proper demand signals and supply planning.
Enhance purchasing processes to add value through key functional partnerships.
Maintain best-in-class supply chain metrics and KPIs, focusing on reducing working capital, stockouts, and DIOH.
Ensure tight controls and discipline in the S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy across global units.
Manage inventory control techniques, including receipt, storage, distribution, and return of stock and non-stock items, in partnership with Distribution leadership.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to secure commitment and optimize inventory management.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to develop strategies that optimize inventory and reduce stockouts.
Develop and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Partner with Human Resources for talent evaluation and recruitment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
16-18 years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, procurement, commercial, and IT supply chain functions.
Proven success in leadership roles with a record of achievement.
Ability to manage budgets and execute operational plans.
Willingness to travel 10-25%, including overnight trips.
