The qualified candidate must have 10+ years of professional experience in the following environmental activities:

Prepare and review comprehensive construction and operating air permit applications in accordance with applicable regulations. Perform and review emission calculations. Evaluate applicability of state and federal regulations. Prepare, review, and submit regulatory and routine compliance reports. Review and analyze emissions testing results. Assist clients with permitting strategies and ongoing compliance pathways. Communicate routinely with clients and regulators. Conduct site visits. Support proposal preparations. Manage projects, budgets, and client/regulatory/vendor relationships. Manage, mentor, and train professional staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering; PE preferred. Minimum 10 years in environmental consulting focused on air quality. Proficiency in Excel, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office 365. Strong understanding of air quality regulations and permitting processes (NSR, Title V, PSD, NSPS, NESHAP, BACT, etc.). Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. Ability to work independently remotely. Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines. Experience with stormwater, wastewater, waste management, and environmental due diligence is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $85K to $125K, with a competitive benefits package and professional growth opportunities.
