Construction Superintendent- Fire Alarm

SUMMARY This role will oversee the installation of fire alarm and fire suppression systems. They serve as a lead on the job site for other technicians and subcontractors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job. Perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent/special hazard suppression systems according to work instructions and applicable codes. Take a lead role at customer sites, providing oversight and direction to other technicians or sub-contractors. Work with the Project Manager, Field Project Superintendent and Install Coordinator to keep the customer informed on job progress. Complete all necessary job-related paperwork for compliance and documentation. Respond to emergency service requests and take appropriate action. Perform in depth troubleshooting, repair and replacement of system equipment. Conduct training with customers on the functionality of the fire system. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills Ability to read construction documents Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
