The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in advancing YFC's mission. This role requires spiritual and organizational leadership, strong communication, management, and persuasion skills. The Director must embody YFC’s Cultural Attributes: Christ-centeredness, humility, trust, faithfulness, camaraderie, and diversity. Responsibilities include leading, inspiring, and executing the community vision, developing staff and volunteers, and managing financial resources. The position reports to the HYFC Board of Directors.
Essential Functions - Create and communicate vision - Develop and execute strategic plans - Mentor and coach staff and volunteers - Build authentic Christ-sharing relationships - Manage resources and fundraising efforts - Uphold spiritual responsibilities, including prayer, teaching, and modeling faith - Meet fundraising goals and maintain donor relationships
Position Requirements - Significant leadership experience in youth organizations - Financial management and fundraising skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience
