JOB DESIGNATION The Division Contracts Manager leads the contract management function for a large division, site, or a major sub-team, responsible for major contracts, negotiations, and analysis of strategic importance to business performance. JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and is accountable for the performance of military and commercial contracts for all Divisional programs. Contributes to meeting business objectives and participates in strategic planning at the Division level. Provides expert advice and interpretation of legal contract and subcontract terms and conditions. Provides front line management of customer order entry, contracts, and trade compliance function team members. Establishes direction for functional team and direct reports. Responsible for Division implementation of and compliance with Parker export compliance policies and procedures. Other responsibilities as assigned Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. JOB SPECIFICATIONS This role requires a Bachelor degree (BA) in Business Administration or a related discipline. Advanced Contract management certification required. 10+ years of related experience, including five years in a leadership role. 5+ years of experience in US Government contracting vehicles. Prior training and experience in leadership principles. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
