That’s why we need you, a finan cia l analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our energy project resources can make the most impact. As a finan cia l analyst on our team, you’ll work on a finan cia l management strategy to help our clients succeed. You’ll work with project managers and researchers to build an actionable plan to achieve our client's goals. This is an opportunity for you to provide finan cia l analysis of invoices for energy project portfolios, review and analyze performer-submitted invoices, and perform in-depth finan cia l analysis of federal, cost share, and category amounts, including verifying invoice costs against Office of Management and Budget ( OMB ) and Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) cost regulations. You'll interface with programmatic Systems Engineering and Te chn ical Assistance ( SETA ) staff daily to resolve any outstanding invoice issues and assist the programmatic SETAs with any specific performer finan cia l questions. You'll have the opportunity to draft monthly invoice status reports to assist the task lead with gauging invoice backlog and approval status and you'll assist with supporting any ad-hoc finan cia l tasks, including reconciling performer invoices accounts or program outlays. You Have: 2+ years of experience with financial or billing analysis Experience with Costpoint or Deltek Knowledge of finan cia l or compliance auditing Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Nice If You Have: Experience with using Micro sof t Excel Knowledge of OMB or FAR cost regulations Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Master's degree in Accounting or Finance Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
