In this role you will lead the product creation efforts for the Accessories/Footwear/Non-Apparel Division from line planning to commercialization of styles. Your understanding of the global market, the consumer, and marketplace capacity, including digital placement, will be required at a high level of proficiency in tools, process and mindset. You will work closely with the following teams: Design, Merchandising, Buying, Planning and Product Development teams as you create industry leading products across Women’s and Men’s. Your product management excellence will push projects forward while honoring Designs vision. RESPONSIBILITIES Create Seasonal Line plans across multiple categories Key communicator to cross-functional partners on product knowledge, intent and assortment Participate in season reviews, assortment building and present the Global Non Apparel Merchandising assortment to cross function teams Responsible for cross-functional teams working together to deliver product on time for launch Participate in business planning, targeting, and seasonal financial planning to ensure the product line will satisfy or exceed financial goals. This role will manage price ladders, life cycle, style attributes, as well as Margin tracking Represent the Merchandising team at key product creation meetings Manage short, mid and long-term projects while providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Remain current with competitor product offerings, the global marketplace and consumer trends. Work in close partnership with Senior Director of Merchandising, Senior Design Director, Product Development, Logistics and Director of Visual Merchandising. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in Accessories/Footwear/Non-apparel Merchandising Proven business leader with a focus on driving product management, merchandising and financial results Experience in building a line plan from concept through sell-in is a must. Possesses a clear understanding of a Design led brand Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics and profitability analysis. You have a strong instinct and passion for product, blending art and science with a consumer first approach Excellent collaboration skills, including a proven ability to communicate with various levels of management and employees within the organization. Strong Communication skills: You must be comfortable presenting in front of large groups as well as presenting to Senior Leadership Strong product acumen with working knowledge of non-apparel product development processes, including design, development, sourcing and manufacturing. Superior project planning with an ability to develop and manage multiple timelines and deadlines. Ability to manage urgency, multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and problem-solving. Proficiency in merchandising software and tools such as PLM, excel, adobe, PowerPoint Attention to detail and organizational skills
