Who You Are KBR seeks a seasoned
Program Manager
who, with broad autonomy, will lead the administrative and operational facets of one or more government services projects. You will determine customer needs and contractual obligations. This role requires at least a decade of management experience, adept at navigating project oversight complexities and driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks.
What You’ll Do As a
Program Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of deploying and managing contractor support personnel on all Task Orders under the IDIQ contract. You will be located in the DMV area and expected to be onsite 100%, with occasional OCONUS travel.
The Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Coordinate all tasks, activities, requirements, and issues supporting the Customer
Identify issues and adapt program plans based on customer feedback regarding cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk
Develop plans and schedules, and define and document requirements implementation
Monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance using established program management procedures; assess variances and take corrective actions
Review and clarify contract requirements and propose qualified personnel to fulfill requirements expediently
Identify potential downstream issues and provide mitigation recommendations
Manage customer expectations through proactive and transparent communication
Ensure continuity of support during contractor personnel changes and approve staffing alignments
Interface with the CO, COTR, and Government leadership
Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan and the management of the PMP
Serve as the primary contact for discussions with the customer to sustain and improve satisfaction
Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety functions, ensuring safety practices are followed
Monitor costs, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
Coordinate work priorities, monitor methods, procedures, and programs
Improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Supervise quality control and contract compliance in maintenance, repair, and service operations
Ensure accuracy of management and contract reports before submission
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess a US TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus 10 years’ management experience, or a related field with 10 years’ project management experience and 6 years in Engineering or Business
PMP Certification
Personnel management experience with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in project management concepts including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables
Experience with customer crisis management and support for special events
Willingness to manage a 24/7 operational environment
