Do you excel at building relationships and supporting Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in understanding client needs and business opportunities? We are looking for a candidate who can:
Increase revenue, raise awareness, and support trade and product ideas at the point of sale.
Develop and share sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and resources.
Host daily meetings with Advisors, providing tactical sales commentary, highlighting product offerings, and supporting client acquisition and retention efforts.
Provide expertise on product areas such as Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Annuities.
Prepare sales materials and coordinate meetings with Advisors and Field Leaders.
Handle profiling, lead follow-up, and collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign focus.
Salary Information The salary range for this role in various locations such as Walnut Creek, San Mateo, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Palo Alto, Napa, Menlo Park, Los Gatos is $110,000 to $157,000. Team and Location You will join the GWM US National Sales team, reporting to the Head of Business Development in Weehawken, NJ. The team supports Financial Advisors across various locations, including San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Menlo Park, San Jose, Sacramento, and others, providing resources, thought leadership, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Self-motivated with a passion for client experience and strong presentation skills.
Proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of the wealth management industry.
Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 licenses required.
Availability to work five days a week in a UBS office and travel as needed.
