About The Position
As an operations manager, you will oversee parking attendants, ensure high standards, and lead your team to success. Responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations and staff.
Implementing procedures to improve efficiency and service.
Overseeing cash handling and reporting.
Maintaining parking facilities and equipment.
Hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
Ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor financial performance and control costs.
Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Address guest concerns promptly.
Foster effective communication within the team.
Create a supportive work environment.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Financial skills are a plus.
