Administration Automation and Support Specialist Level 2

to assist in managing and updating spreadsheets, databases, and automated workflows, while providing timely and friendly customer support to users of INL IT systems. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Manage and update spreadsheet data with attention to detail to spot errors or inconsistencies. Manage and update database information with the assistance of automated processes. Use automated workflows to manage internal process trackers and email communications. Set up and manage automated calendars or scheduling tools. Manage mailboxes and triage help tickets appropriately. Provide timely and friendly customer support to users of INL IT systems via email, chat, and video calls. Communicate problems or suggestions about workflows or systems to the team. Conduct analysis and generate reports to describe workflow outputs and identify improvement opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field with zero to two years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree in the above fields or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist, Google Sheets Certification) with at least two years of relevant experience. Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience with administrative tasks, data management, or operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. Experience with workflow automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate. Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot automated workflows. Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Microsoft Bookings. Basic data analysis skills for interpreting spreadsheet data and generating reports. Customer service experience. High accuracy in data entry and error detection. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. U.S. citizenship or legal U.S. residence required for U.S. positions. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in spreadsheet management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
