office is seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to lead and manage high-performing teams in delivering projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have broad experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sectors. This role reports directly to the regional manager and is a key member of the Virginia leadership team. Responsibilities include: Inspecting transportation infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, waterfront structures. Performing above-water bridge inspections, including routine and fracture-critical assessments, and reporting. Designing bridges, transportation, earth retention, and waterfront structures. Mentoring other project managers and technical staff. Leading multiple projects of varying complexity. Focusing on client needs and ensuring top priority for external clients. Preparing agreements, setting project goals, budgets, and schedules. Managing project financials, schedules, and deadlines. Overseeing project billing and accounts receivable. Assisting in business development and client relationship management. Leading proposal preparation, project scoping, and negotiations. Participating in meetings outside regular hours as needed. Ensuring staff safety training and safety practices are followed. * Relocation assistance available. *Salary is estimated between $124,800 and $187,200 plus bonuses and benefits, depending on experience. Education and Experience: Bachelor's and/or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university, with 10+ years of project management experience. Experience in inspection and/or design of bridges, roads, railways, marinas, or ports. Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) certification. Valid driver’s license. Physical Demands

Regularly sit, handle objects, reach with hands and arms; frequently talk and hear. Occasionally stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
